Scott M. Wellikoff, a founding member of Adler Wellikoff, brings a decade of experience representing clients in various industries. Scott has successfully prosecuted and defended his clients in state and federal courts around the country involving a wide range of business and personal issues, including contract and real estate disputes, tort and unfair competition claims and consumer protection and regulatory compliance matters.  Additionally, Scott uses his expertise handling business disputes to draft, revise and negotiate corporate and business contracts, from operating and partnership agreements, to real estate, service and non-disclosure agreements. Scott’s litigation and transactional experience, coupled with his background in public relations and business reputation and relationship management, provides him with a unique mixture of skills to help recognize and transition from aggressive and contentious litigation to a more collaborative approach based on his clients’ needs.

Scott is a published author, graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the College of Journalism and Communications and received his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law where he was an Editor of the Journal of Legal Commentary.

Scott was born and raised in South Florida, but began his legal career defending clients in New York State and Federal courts before moving back to Florida with his wife, Robyn, and two young sons. He is admitted to practice law in the states of Florida, New York and New Jersey and is a executive board member at the Adolph and Rose Levis Jewish Community Center, an active member of the Palm Beach County community and a former Junior Olympic gymnast.
